How Do I Take Relislim originals?
As with any dietary supplement, be sure to carefully read all directions and warnings before use. Also be sure to consult with your physician before use and let them know about any prescription medications you may be using.
Take one capsule with a full glass of water, three times per day: morning, mid day and early evening. You may take Relislim with or without food. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
